TGG Can Help With You Choose The Right Cruise Brand
No two cruise brands are identical, that's why we've identified the specific specialties and unique trademarks of each brand to help guide you to the most appropriate line for your budget and style.
Value Cruise lines
The most affordable cruise options, these large ships offer many amenities, restaurants and bars and are a great option for families with children to enjoy cruising too including water parks and slides. Most of value brands are lack LGBT events and meet ups. Itineraries are generally the most popular destinations, these often lack exploration or world travel itineraries. Shorter cruise lengths make these more affordable on a tight budget.

Premium Cruise lines
Mid-sized ships offering less for children, and more quality staterooms, suites, restaurants and adult-focused programing. More for the adult or mature family, with Premium lines there are many inclusive amenities to offset some of the upcharge items often available on Value Cruise Lines. Adult-only cruise lines like Virgin Voyages are popular among couples and solo-travelers seeking a vacation without kids and with gay and lesbian focused events onboard. Longer cruise lengths are ideal for mature adults.

Luxury Cruise lines
Going beyond the premium cruise lines are the luxury brands: awarded for the top-notch service, butlers, included shore excursions and expeditions- these luxury yachts are mid-sized to boutique style smaller ships offering 5-star service, cuisine and exploration into areas that larger ships are unable to dock. LGBT-friendly groups are available, but rarely an LGBT-event onboard. Some of these ships offer on-board kayaks, jet skis and scuba gear for excursions all-included in cabin fare.

Ultra-Luxury Cruise lines
The elite of cruising: benefits like all-inclusive flights, 5-star hotels and personalized service often in a 1:1 or 1:2 ratio of staff to sailors, these cruises offer incredible itineraries without the crowded ship or dining spaces. These yacht and river cruises are ideal for the relaxation and tranquility necessary to recoup and realign. Some ships are equipped with helicopter pads and expedition boats for further exploration.

River Cruise Lines
Getting the most out of a cruise requires immersing into the culture of the destinations sailed. River cruising allows sailors to disembark and explore the areas they visit more intimate, in-depth and small ports that large cruise lines cannot dock. These cruises offer unique itineraries that massive cruise ships are unable to pass such as rivers and tributaries. These specially developed river cruise ships are ideal for the experienced ocean cruiser. The atmosphere is more intimate and personable.
